      I really only needed the screw on ring near the handle but cannot locate without ordering entire unit. My waterfall works like a champ again.

      Was a bit concerned because the unit came fully assembled and I couldn’t figure out how to get it apart. Called tech support and was advised that the knob that has to come off is very tight and I would need to pry it off with a screwdriver. After a bit of prompting, it finally came off. I only needed the part that screws in from the tub side so it was a 2 minute fix. I saved at least $100 dollars on a service call. Thank you Caldera Parts.
